On-Time Guaranteed Delivery is our promise to you that your domestic order will arrive by the delivery date indicated during checkout or your shipping is FREE (US only).
If your domestic order does not arrive by the guaranteed date, e-mail us at customerservice@celebrateexpress.com or call 1-800-BIRTHDAY to receive a full refund for your shipping charges unless the delay was due to situations beyond our control, including but not limited to: inclement weather and natural or man made disasters. Please note: the guarantee refers to the delivery date, not the delivery time.
